There is no denying that the technology that the tracking apps use, is extremely powerful. So it is definitely possible that in the wrong hands the technology can cause huge damage. But, that is where cyber-security measures come in and tracking apps have been proven to save lives and in this digital age, they are not going anywhere anytime soon.
